I can't see the courses I have purchased or enrolled in (or your demo courses).

Firefox

Problem: This is currently a bug with the Firefox 7 upgrade, there is a Java Script issue that prevents the course materials to load properly in the page (due to FF version 7 upgrade).

Solution: Use an older version of Firefox or another browser. We highly recomend Google Chrome because there are no known major issues associated with it.

Note: This is an issue outside of our hands. When and if this particular issue is resolved, this FAQ update will be removed.

Problem: This is a compatibility issue with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Solution: Click the "Compatibility View" button at the address bar.

Where is my CPA license number in my certificates?

It is Highly Recommended that your CPA License Number be included on your Certificates of Completion(s), please add it after your name at registration time or edit your name in your profile.

Example: Name John Smith CPA LIC # 123456

Additionally, for our records, you could fill out the "CPA License Number" field in the "Edit Profile" section.
